CTD question

It's been awhile since i played RTW & i did install a version of Rome Total Realism at some point (I dont know what version though), My problem is that i just eliminated Parthia & just as my unit on the map slams his standard down & the menu asking whether or not to Enslave or Eliminate the population comes up the game crashes, I can't figure out why it's doing this, Does anyone have any clue as to why it crashes

you could try posting in the RTR forums, it could be a bug....

(although the RTR fans are getting hyper because of the new release of RTR-FOE )
