So, I feel this is a good topic. Let's talk about what you feel about Christians. I'll even add a poll to organize all the opinions. Sound fun? Ok.

1- They don't bother me. I treat them like everyone else. I even have Christian friends.

2- It's just some Christians, the one that talk too much or try to convert me. Most are ok, but the others are pushing it.

3- Sometimes they get tiresome. It's annoying listening to them all the time. Sure, they might be on to some things, but most of the time they don't seem to know what they are talking about.

4- I'm tired of them. Seriously, the world could have progressed so much further without them. Think of what it would be like if we accepted there was no God and quit being so primative. Just think...

5- Pretty much hate them. Enough said.

6- I'm a mix. I fit into more than one category.

7- I'm a Christian.

8- No opinion really. I just ignore them and go about my life.




So, I'm interested in seeing how things develop.

Love that post, I agree why is there not one for, “Love those Christians, but I don’t agree with them” option. Seems a bit of a funny option to me, but certainly this is not the most tactful poll as it stands and the other option might be wanted.

Option 1 is that option. I don't mind Christians, I have Christian friends. That's pretty much the same as "Love those Christians, but I don't agree with them".

I'm afraid that just isn't good enough. There are three whole options dedicated to how hate-worthy/annoying/irritating Christians are, and just one sort-of positive option. It's pretty obvious how you're pandering to the radical atheists on this site.

All but one of my friends is Christian. If I couldn't stand Christians I wouldn't have any friends.

I'm bothered by any bigot, bible-thumper or not, religious or atheist.

I grew up in a very Christian area and I wasn't bothered by anyone specifically because they were Christian.

Where's the option "I am Christian Atheist" meaning I am Christian by culture, atheist by lack of religious feeling and faith, and don't mind neither Christians, nor non-Christians or anyone as long as he himself isn't an smeghead.

There should be 3 options; they don't annoy you / they annoy you / you ignore them.

There's no need for the other mildly offensive options.

Much like any follower of the organised religions it all depends how seriously they take it/fanatical they are about it.

For me it is a combination of the first three options:

To sum it up:
I treat them like everyone else except those Christians who try to convert others by spewing lies in hope of making people convert and those who bash non-believers like me then claim themselves as victims of a "global" discrimination of Christians (sure, they are not the only ones but we're talking about Christians). And I have Christians friends too.

Ironic how you have a choice saying the world would be far more advanced than it is now without them, and yet we are reason nearly every science is so advanced, and why math can explain so much of the physical world. The Reformation caused more than just a revitalization of true Christian doctrine; it resulted in men wanting to understand how God designed the world.
