Barbarian Generals

I have noted that only civilised people can train generals; this does not seem very accurate to me. Recruited generals are useful to replace idiotic family members. I think that, while barbarians has no formal academies were to train officers, i would be pretty easy for their ruling "dinasty" to promote a petty chieftain as one of the "main men" of the tribal nation; does not seem that they should not have any way to produce generals.

Also, i think that making Generals a lvl 4 unit for all factions, thus potentially be recuitable in any place, considering its high costs would not harm anyone.

Hmm, that's something I'd be willing to consider.

Yes i agree, its not fair that only the civilised can recuit generals, in history great warriors were promoted because they were great not always because they were in the ruling family, u should be able to recruit generals for the barbarians
