NEED HELP: Broken game

Hi this is the forth forum i have posted on trying to resolve this issue

I currently have these random crashes on the 1.5 version of Empire total war with no mods running

These crashes are totally random and the only way to get out is a reboot

When the crash occurs it seems to artifect the screen

i have tried the following:
Driver updates/rollbacks
Different graphics settings
Compatibility mode
Forcing options on the nvidia control panel
Fresh installs

My Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo 3.00GHz
Nvidia BFG Geforce 260 GTX OC
4Gb ram 800MHz
Vista 64


Furtherinfo: It used to happen on my old 8800 GTs when it is was 1.0 version of the game

that happens to me too!! empire always perfect on my pc, but i formated my pc, and now, have the same problem that you! (but not so bad)

How hot does your room get?

You need to download 181.22 drivers, as they were tested for ETW.

Google -> 'Download Nvidia 181.22 drivers"..

then download it and run the file.

It will restart your computer to enable this.

This is the answer that reallytinyguys send to me, and now, i haven't any problem!

sorry for the delay ill try those drivers
and my room doesnt get that hot even then i have about 6 fans in the computer case
