    Default Improving characters speed

Read the title. How can I do this?

I know I need to edith the desc_character.txt. I know also what to change and into what, but the problem is: I can't find the file. Is this because I am running windows 7? Second question: where and how can I tweak on the units strenght. Which file and how can I find it. I

    Thanks,

\mods\Stainless_Steel_6\data in there you can find a file called export_descr_unit open it and edit the units to your liking. descr_character is located in the same folder
