It's the 6.2 patch (unofficial) and probally some other things as well.

I've seen a lot of people say its the unofficial patch but apparently it is an official patch made not by KK but with his blessing. I also saw a post by KK saying it was official but i couldn't find it again...Originally Posted by JorisofHolland

I'm using ss6.1, with Crimson Tide, Basileia Ton Romaion and Y2day & Yellowdog Improvements pack. Will 6.2 work with all that? I hear it has compatibility issues no?

Fancy Sigs are pointless.
