Acess Denied error

Does anyone know what might cause an Access Denied Error in Windows 7 professional 64 bit?

I installed BC on a version of medieval with the kingdoms patch and the 1.3 patch but none of the actual kingdoms mods, could this be the problem?

I have already tried disabling the annoying user control that windows 7 has and running as an administrator, but im still denied apparently (thanks windows for keeping me safe )...

I really don't think so. I guess it's a more complicated problem. Please, check if you have updated applications mentioned in this post. It concerns Vista, I know, but nevertheless check it.
