    Default LOD mods?

Are there any mods that increase the LOD or get rid of sprites all together? I have all settings maxed out and I still see sprites if I zoom out all the way while hovering over my army.

I have searched all over the forum, and havent found a way to get sprites completly away. Maxing out the settings just changes the distance you can max zoom out without seeing the sprites.

If anybody knows, dont worry about our pc's .

There is definitely a way to remove sprites, but it does not ivolve a mod.
Rather, you can do it yourself... its quite easy.
Open up your SEGA/M2TW folder, you should see a file which says medieval2.preference.
Open her up (using notepad or some other form of word processer) and scroll down until you see the option "unit_detail".
Change it to "highest". Now save the file, and exit. Here's the important part, when you exit, right click on the file, and set it to "read-only" (this way, the game won't just overwrite your options as soon as you start it).
Voila! Sprites should be removed completely from the game! Have fun!

I have done this in my game, and it works perfectly:

open up your battle_models.db with notepad, its in your data/unit_models folder

    press Cntrl + h
Search for 10000 and replace with 1000000

Search for 6400 and replace with 640000

This works for any mod, but be warned, you need a monster of a PC to run this !
