do i need americas installed for SS to work?

pretty much says it in the title... the reason why i ask is because mine wont install theres a error with one of the files upon installation. it makes me mad because it used to always download but i guess not this time... just wanting to know because i want to play SS again but with out the americas installed..

Try install other campaign like england or teutonic?
I just keep the kingdom.exe then uninstall all kingdom campaign.

I usually just install England cause its the smaller one of the four

the other 3 install fine its just the americas that is giving me that issue..

You only need one of the campaigns, to play SS. Either one will work, and as JaggerMech said, you might even be able to uninstall it afterwards, as long as you keep the kingdoms.exe file. I haven't tried that though.
