hi guys ,
in the last week i created a little mod , which ambition is to make the fights a bit faster and ; in my opinion; more realistic.And also i fixed some balance mistakes from 1.3 .

here the changes(i wanted to make the units more like in the movies):
-every unit has reduced defend stats
-both "elves factions" has stronger and more expensive units(melee and missile stats increased)
-Fountain guard stats increased ...swan knights stats increased too
-Rohan : cavalry charge stat increased
-Rhun: both "Loke_units" has increased stats and cost
-Mordor: very huge numbers of orcs but also very weak orcs , really strong troll units but not OP
dismounted Nazgul stats increased, black numenorians stats increased
-Isengard: stronger , more expensive Uruk-Hai with low morale, berserkers attacks increased..defend decreased
-Harad: Mumakil unit has less stats , but more hitpoints and also more archers on their tower(15 archer now , in 1.3 there were 10 archers)
Orcs of the M.M.:relative weak orcs . strong cave trolls
-arrows are now more effective but not OP
Here the new 1.1 version which contains these changes:
-Rohan : all cavalry units have more charge , Royal Guard has better stats and more expensive
-High Elves+ Silvian Elves: Stronger more expensive units
-Rhun:Stronger "Loke-units" but also less number of men
-Mordor:Trolls have only 1 hitpoint but very much better stats, dismounted Nazgul also only 1 hitpoint but very good stats
-Isengard: Uruk-Hai better balanced(good stats+great number of men in a unit), berserkers: only 1 hitpoint , lower attack,more defends and greater number of units(still much more attack then defends)
-Harad: Mumakil cant run amok anymore , but lower morale,a bit better stats,costs increased
-and many little balance changes + fixes
