Gold edition

Hey guys, I'm tired of having to search for patches and install them every time I need to remove my RTW/BI installs, so I'm planning to get me the gold edition version. My understanding is that they are completely patched to 1.5 (RTW) and 1.6 (BI). Could anyone confirm this for me before I go to the store? Thank you.

Yes PSEUDO ROMANUS..I have the Gold edition on Direct2Drive Digital and everything is complete

Thanks, Rio. I'm curious now: so you DL'ed the thing, right? How can you play it without a disc? and What happens if you need to uninstall it? Do you have to pay again for a new install?

Yes w/o a disc so much better and all the files are dled right to you hard drive where you an see them to edit and so forth. Once you dl it you can always go back to that site to redownload..You can uninstall it if you ever want 2
