Question about "Good commander" traits

Hi people, I just started to play this mod and I love it!
Thanks for such a good mod

But then I noticed that no one in my family tree have a "Good commander" traits or "Good defender" "Good Attacker". They all have Military/Heraldry Ranks but not the vanilla Commander traits. I tried to gaining those traits by sent family mamber to war against the overwhelm enemy force and commanded the battle myself. After two or three Heroic victories and count less Clear victories They still doesn't have any of those traits not even a Promising Commander!

So, How is this traits work? Is it only for General not Family mamber? Or I didn't try hard enough?

I hope that maybe someone has an answer here, Thanks in advance for any advice.

You should regard the traits file...perhaps there is a glitch...

So, there is a problem with the export_descr_character_traits file?
I might had altered something there...(About the Far/ Near Loyalty Traits) Is that have anything to do with the problem?

I don't think so...on both accounts.
