Default How do you change the music?

Love this mod, it is virtually perfect in every way...

    Except for one thing!

The music, especially for Southern European factions (Aragon, Leon-Castile, Byzantium, etc) is very boring and repetitive on the campaign map.

So I was wondering, how can you change the music, to add more variety?

For example, how do you make it so that the songs that play for other factions (eg the Islamic ones, or some of the Northern European ones) will play when you're on the campaign map as a Southern European faction like Byzantium?

I've tried going into the Stainless Steel descr_sounds_music folder, deleting the southern european music and replacing it with other factions' music, but when I launch the game it doesn't work - it just continues to play the old music, as before.

I'd really appreciate any help with this as I think the music is a really important part of the atmosphere of the game and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had this thought.

Cheers guys, once again nice work on an otherwise most excellent mod.

I've had this problem too. I checked out this thread: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=77905
However, the problem I end up having is that the new music is added, but I lose all sound effects and voices. I think that when the *.idx files are regenerated, they can't find the vanilla sounds. I'm hunting for threads that have a solution, but I think I'll have to download an extraction program and extract the vanilla sounds myself
