Default How do I use BI .exe with Steam version?

I have RS installed in the main RTW Gold folder in steam (steamapps/common/etc)

Both the BI and RTW exes are in that folder, but there's also a seperate BI folder (without an EXE in it).

What do I need to do to get RS to run using the BI exe?

When I click to launch RTW Gold it asks whether I want to play RTW Gold or RTW BI, if I click RTW BI I get an error message (I assume becase RS breaks BI).

So how do I run it using the BI exe?

The 'exe' only ever appear in the game folder and not in the BI folder (for RTW BI). Do you think you should have the RTW BI exe in the main folder and the BI folder?

I am fairly sure that you need to add the switch "-mod:" or "-mod" (without the double quotes) to the launch options in Steam. How you add these switches with Steam has been answered in several other Steam related threads in the last few days.

If you include what the error message is it may help someone suggest a remedy as well.

Ok I managed to get it to work with BI by simply launching BI through steam with this is the launch command:

    RomeTW-BI.exe -mod: -nm -show_err

EDIT: Sorry guys didn't realize I'd made two almost identical threads, been up too late I guess :p.
