I agree with Blackadder regarding loading screens. By using that it turns it more into a "Who Can Edit Pictures The Best Competition" rather than who's able to actually get a proper screenshot AND edit it well....

Actually, it's not even allowed by the POTW rules :

Screenshots must originate from either the campaign map or the battle map. All other entries such as loading screens will not be accepted as valid submissions.

Sub 7 is ETW. Sub8 is a loading screen that appears in vanilla MTW2

I know that i am gonna sound a little bit bitter but since the 2 out of 3 finalists arent valid ...dont we have a winner allready?
Or yet what makes the POTW 169 a valid competition as a whole? Τhe final result would have been dramatically different if the votes would have been
allocated in other canditates ... Am i making a paradox here?

Sub 8 has beem shown to be a loading screen, I have no evidence for sub7. I dont have ETW installed anymore, so if someone can confirm that sub 7 is from a loading screen or video sequence than we can make that decision.

This is all my fault I should inspect the submissions more closely before allowing them. Also, from now on you MUSTsubmit the original pic (as requested) in the POTW contest, or the submission will not be allowed.

I'm about 90% sure that the Submission from ETW isn't from an in-game video. The only one I could see it being from is the one that plays before the game loads, but it features Redcoatted cavalry fighting a small skirmish against infantry - which isn't what we see in the Submission.

So as far as I'm aware, only one of the Submissions (the one with the MTW loading screen) is invalid, the others are legitimate.
