Hotseat campaign

A hotseat campaign is when human players take part in the same campaign. Hence multiplayer

From my understanding It's a swap campaign with a

more people.

But to anser the OPs question yes I would be interested as long as it's a thogh faction...say Numinda?

intriguing but i heard its not possible to fight player vs player, so the AI still controls all in-battle actions.

Imagine how epic the games would be when each battle between humans would be fought. It would be so fun but take so long to play turns.

Maybe they should think about leaving this non-hardcoded so it's possible.

Mmm, I don't really like auto-resolving myself. Battles are half the fun! Auto-resolving against humans is supposed to be the fairest way around it but I can see one big problem with relying on the auto-calc. Seleucia and Pontus would be unstopable in a hotseat campaign like we have now. They have pike units and jav cav which will destroy any AI and Scythed Chariots which automatically win in auto-resolve. I imagine they'd rape the other factions.

and thats why this shouldnt be a real part of the MP section. there isnt any MP action going on besides some economic and strategic lolgagging on the campaign map.
there are no MP battles and thus it should not be registered as a part of it. thats just my opinion though.
