Ultimate Retrofit v2.0 Released!

I haven't checked on this mod in years. Had not idea people were still interested. Anyway, I still have the original UR v2.0. Tested it last week and it wont run on my modern computer but does on the old. I have no idea why that is.
I got the modding bug again so I'm rebuilding Ultimate Retrofit for those people that just want a simple m2tw retrofit with all the new factions and units or a template from which to build your own mod.
This was the original purpose of UR but it got out of hand, people asking for this and that added. I've got a little bit to finish off, need to deleted portugal, add teutonic order, and script in their correct arrival into the campaign.
Give me some time to sort it and there'll be a working Ultimate Retrofit once again.

I have steam version. It tells me cannot find Kingdoms exe when I want to launch setup.

Yes, the new steam update is a pain.
Goto your M2 main folder (\Steam\SteamApps\common\medieval ii total war) make a copy of your medieval2.exe, and re-name it Kingdoms

Hi, i would really like to play this mod, i was looking for something like this and only one mod was similar, "Kingdoms Grand Campaign". But it was not what i expected. I get tired of large "overhaul" mods that completely changed M2TW, it is good of course but now i want to try something with more vanilla atmosphere. I really beg you to reupload links, you have many peoples out there who are waiting for your response, i really hope you will do it!

I installed it in order, 1.0, then the 2.0, then the hotfix but all I got was France and England in the campaign menu, both say it starts at 1AD and it does not actually start. This was from a clean install, did I do something wrong?

btw i having a problem whit the mod, basicaly i cant start the regular grand campaing and the teutunic campaing(I get a ctd when i try to), crusades states campaing looks fine but for around turn 60 (mongol invasion?) i get a ctd and cant continue playing.

any help?
