Added units for celts/ Brits

Any units out there which I can add to the celtic roster for BI or the British roster for RTW?

There are numerous Mods for BI and RTW,and within respective units. Its a pain,but you have to look at each one and decide if appropriate or not,then you have to find the owner or Mod leader and ask consent. It is labourious,but that is the only correct way,apart from downloading units-skins,listed in downloads. Private Mods OK,but public requires consent for each where possible. Some unit owners have left so you have to leave them a pm or e-mail telling them your intent,even if they may not read your message. It is a polite protocol,and when consent given,credit the owner or Mod for the. I didn't know what to do before and these are the steps I had to learn.
