    Default Silly beliefs

Alessandro Ziani, 33 year old, second fils of the Venetian Doge, Governor of Ancona, just got it, while inside the settlement (11th turn). Now I checked the triggers here and frankly I cannot conclude why he got it.

    1. Father does not have it, so he didn't inherit it.
    2. He is 33 years old, so he didn't just "come of age"
    3. No disaster
    4. No heretics around

Could someone help me explaining why he got it?

I also searched inside the forum, but didn't find any explanation.

    Thanks.

It shows up sometimes, probally that doesn't inculde all the triggers. I will check if there are others.
Edit: their are no other triggers, I don't know how he got it.

Well, his other brother got it too... Governor of Crete, 34 years old... same configuration as above...

According to the honga.net page, these are the potential causes of the trait. The one I think that may be the cause is in red:

He's playing Venice, so he doesn't has pagen education. Probally a bug in the triggers.

Nope, read it again, particularly the part where it says Wantschool. Do you have a School in Iraklion and/or Ancona? I expect that their not getting any education is why they got the Trait.

Wantschool deterimines if the character is eligible for education, like freshman, sophomore, junior (<18 years old). My characters are both in their 30's, so their wantschool attribute is equal to 0.

Yes, but did you give them an education, or did you leave them to make up their own silly stories of the way things in the world are?

No I didn't since the characters started in their late 20's without any. And anyway, there is no indication in that trait trigger that it can trigger if the character has no education; actually it can trigger if the character has pagan education.
