Default Upgrading bodyguard mounts, is there a better way?

I've just made 2 extra EDU's for DLV. One for early bodyguards with mailed mounts and one for late bodyguards.

The user has to swap them in when they decide they should have them.

Is there a better way or is this the ideal?

Bodyguards are determined by their order in the EDU I believe. So that would be then the only way.

Figures, I suspected as much. The downside is that I need multiple EDUs but the upside is that I can remove all entries for upgraded generals and gain about 4 spaces.

You can use the late bodyguard models as a further armour upgrade for the early bodyguards, but sadly the mounts wont change

Yeah, thanks for pointing that out, but they don't fit within my system (From level 3 to level 6 armor is effectively 5 armor upgrades.). Still it's a good point to mention
