Modding ETW to Vietnam War Mod

Hello everyone,

I know you guys probably heard this question a bunch of times, and I scan all the pages that I thought that could possibly have the info I need but,

what exactly do I need to mod ETW, I have the DB Editor, and Pack File Manager. Is that all I need or what.

I have the skill set to create a mod, just need to sit down and learn the editor.

Wow. Amazing work. Would you be willing to make a unit with a proper Tarleton hat like CA's Elite US Marines have? You could just put it on the light dragoon model. I'd use it in my Denmark mod (click the banner below), though I'm sure lots of people would love to have one. It'd be an awesome gift to the community
