New diadochi

Since Redfox has stopped making this Mod and has gone to a better life
I wil try and continue it. In the mean time any new stuff that wasn't in the last Diadochi that you might wanted send me your request's
The Mod i am making just now will be called XGM DIADOCHI.
The main reason why it is called this because i wanted to bring back the old name of the mod. New units might be added bust the dicriptions of the units have been changed to a more historical maner.

The historical battles have been changed such as the number of units for bigger battles. I have changed the names of a few factions for instance
The kingdom of perganum is now called the kingdom of asia because where it is situated on the map.
I can't make new units though because i dont have the software.

Hi mistroboy, I have what I think its a nice idea for you, make a scenario that starts much sooner, with Etruria instead of Epirus as a full faction, and Rome starts with only Rome

But dont make it focused on Italy, use the DTW map with any region changes that may be required, and factions of course. It would be pre-Alexander so it should be interesting.

And I second unDa's question, are you involved with the XGM team?

A challenger appears! Lmao not only proposing to roll back the name of the mod and deciding the pace of new units being brought out. Pretty gutsy this usurper.

Well, he IS right that DTW has been actively stopped from development - we just don't have time. But that's not bad. I think DTW has brought hours of fun and a lot of people enjoyed it at least slightly. With that, it has done its job. I'd leave it like it is right now and not let it be messed up by a rookie modder.

Yeah it may not be the most polished mod out there but it is one of the best and like you say has provided plenty people with a lot of fun. Well it hasn't been fully stopped since yous still work on it here and there; still releasing patches and new units etc.

haha Soviet Thracian is another usurper, seems we might have a civil war breaking out soon ;D. Haven't you been in trouble already Soviet? Sure I seen you were temp banned

Kingdom of Asia? That makes no sense... And I suppose TSE/Ptolemiac's, Partha, Armenia, etc. aren't in Asia too? Do they get to be Kingdom's of Asia? In fact, we should just refer to factions by which continent they reside in... Rome can be the European Republic, Carthage can be the African Trade-mongers, and Gaul can be the 'European tribes of some sort'. I can see the potential.

I suppose we may as well all throw in our bids now for usurping Diadochi, as long as having zero modding skill is now a good thing.
