Question about frankish recruitment

Hi fellow IB fans!
I recently started a new franks campain and I wanted to check out the recruitment possibilities of this faction. So I saved and cheated up my capital (Colonia Agrippina) to a point where I couldnt build any more unit providing buildings (I guess...?).
And found out that I can recruit those guys:

But the custom battle menu shows me that there are a few units missing (red dot underneath)

I wonder where I can recruit them. Or are there buildings which are unit providing without telling in the description?

I belive you must conquer roman settlement - huge city to recruit the best units.

The last two units are Romans, so I guess you need to conquer a Roman settlement in order for you to recruit them. On the rest, I don't really know.

Well do you know were I can recruit the first three ones usually? They don't look very roman to me..

Who knows? Maybe they're Roman spies trying to go unnoticed.

And for that mission they gather in groups of soldiers and fight their own masters? Very improbable. Or very cunning...
