    Default No garrison not working?

    First off I just want to say that this is an excellent mod and i really enjoy playing it. The problem i'm having is with the garrison scripts. I have already downloaded the no garrison campaign_script file but i'm still getting units spawning at settlements when i attack. This seriously reduces the level of realism and the fun factor of the game. It's just not fun when the AI always has such an advantage over the player (and it's hard enough on VH/VH). I know that the script is there to make the game more challenging but it takes away from the realism of the game (which is one of the reasons I love Medieval 2 so much ) and is really annoying. If there is another way to remove the garrison scripts please let me know .

    For argument's sake it is somewhat more realistic than being able to roll the most grand of cities with a quarter-stack. In such defences, the defenders would often force citizens to take up arms whatever the cost, which is what the garrison script tries to replicate.

    As for your problem, I'll have to leave that one to the experts. Sorry.

    strange daves no garrison would be not be working but any way to remove it (if you really must ) go to your campaign script located in data/world /campaign/imperial campaign file , open it up with note pad and scroll down a little and you will see a line that says this declare_counter London_siege delete this and everything under it all the way until you get to a section that says new leader models

    Its done in a style like this so you cant miss it
