    Default Reforms?

    In RTRPE;
    Is there any reform with playing Romans?
    I can't train Aqulia Legionaires. Only Hastati, Principes and Triarii.
    If there any reform, can someone tell me when? (year)
    Thanks.

    Yes, there is one, and it is at the time of the real Marian reform.
    I thought that was on 107 B.C., I don't know sure...

    Just search on Wikipedia^^

    From what I have read, you just need to build an Imperial Palace in a city outside Roma herself. For evidence, in my current Roman campaign, I just built an Imperial Palace in Capua and it triggered my reforms, and it is it barely the year 240 BC.

    Not really. The reforms have always been triggered by the building of an Imperial Palace outside of Rome. Nothing new.

    Exactly. In RTRPE they are triggered exactly like in vanilla RTW v1.5. I.e. once you build an imperial palace in one of the italic settlements except for Rome.
