    Default Defending yourself during HotSeat

    Ive been working on this problem for at least 6 months now, Ive tried various things I found online with no success...

    Im trying to hotseat with two of my roomates and I need to be able to control my troops in battle when the computer attacks me on its turn. Autoresolve screws me everytime. Has anyone been able to get SS to allow this?

    Try to always engage them? Only solution I've found when playing with my brother...

    The best defense is a pre-emptive strike. Also, use forts to slow the enemy's advance, that way, you can attack them at a place of your choosing.
