    Default Active rebels..................

    ok in my mod there is only gonna be nine factions which only control 12 out of 65 regions
    I want to make the rebels active and aggressive
    (and therefore make Alliances more important)

    Two key files will make the difference here:

    1. descr_rebel_factions in the data folder.

    rebel_type Livonian_Rebels
    category peasant_revolt
    chance 3 (change to 6 or more which was the RTW default)
    description Livonian_Rebels
    Change the numer 3 to a higher value, the higher the more chance that region will have rebels appear

    2. In the descr_strat file in the campain folder, you need to decreasethe brigand spawn value

    marian_reforms_disabled
    rebelling_characters_active
    gladiator_uprising_disabled
    night_battles_enabled
    show_date_as_turns
    brigand_spawn_value 60 decrease to about 10
    pirate_spawn_value 100
    free_upkeep_forts 2
    For further enhancements to rebel activity, you could actually assign them a proper AI in the descr_campaign_ai_db file. Do this by simply copying and pasting an existing AI value over the SLAVE area below:

    Finally, in the descr_campaign_db find this line:

    <min_turn_keep_rebel_garrison int="999"/>
    and lower this value, which will have the rebels leaving their cities to fight you.

    All those will help make active rebels and harder. Hope this helps

    what about -how create more aggresive mongols - i what to see mongols real wild horde.

    Also in the descr_strat file, give the rebels a huge kings purse. This helps to get them to train units
