Problem with attributes - please help
Problem #1: The attributes such as the command skill of my generals/family members are worsening with each turn until reaching zero points in all attributes.
Problem #2: After installing SS 6.1, I tried playing for The HRE but after a few turns I noticed that I can't build any good units. They would be grayed out and say that they would be ready for being recruited in 6 or 9 turns, but in the next turn the number of turns I had to wait was still the same, even in the regions with 87% Christianity and a governor. This problem might as well be associated with the attributes, though I'm not sure.
Could you please help me out?
