The preview is almost almost finished. And the new faction will be a surprise (for now at least).
"Five had been his brothers. Oswell Whent and Jon Darry. Lewyn Martell, a prince of Dorne. The White Bull, Gerold Hightower. Ser Arthur Dayne, Sword of the Morning. And beside them, crowned in mist and grief with his long hair streaming behind him, rode Rhaegar Targaryen, Prince of Dragonstone and rightful heir to the Iron Throne."
My money is on either the Frey's, Daenerys, or the Wildlings, as they are the logical choices for new factions
I don't think it would be Daenerys. The map for the eastern continent isn't done, and they've said they're trying to follow the books as much as possible. Daenerys hasn't come over to Westeros yet at all, so it seems more likely that it would the Freys or the Wildlings. My money, personally, is on the Freys.
- Woot.
My money is on the Frey's too, and who is to say they do not implement the Eastern Continent once they get reliable maps. I actually suggested dividing the campaign into Eastern and Western Campaigns and having the other theatre open up when certain conditions are met.
And the fact that they create soldiers from the dead they slay, their weaknesses and strengths aren't well explored and we know virtually nothing about them, not even the numbers of their population.
