graphics mod...?

don't flame me but...

i'm in shock at how good roma surrectum graphics are. They are incredible! Light years ahead of anything else on RTW. What I'm wondering is, is there any way I can install just the modded graphics? You see I quite like the mod I'm currently using, I just want the graphics improved. Obviously I have no intention of putting it in a mod of my own, I just want to be able to use it. Reckon I could?

If you are talking about the RSII previews, those are not in the mod yet.
if you are talking about RS 1.5
forgive me, but there are loads of mods which look better than 1.5 overall at the moment...think of EB or RTR (except for the Romans ofcourse )


In theory you COULD replace the textures and models...but it would take ALOT of time, and I mean really ALOT!

Basically people are free to do what they want for their own private use. You may have problems implementing the graphics though as so much has been changed in terms of climate, descr_geography, etc, etc....it'd be difficult to bolt it onto your favourite mod without a lot of modding.

With the permission of the team you will be able to use some of the team's work, I believe - or more like there will be a kind of tutorial made by Tone and the others about how to do all this to your RTW environment.
