[EU3] How do I check my BB?

on the first tab on your national overview screen (the button that has your country name next to it) is a flag. underneath all of the stuff about your prestige, world standingand what type of government you are, the is a sentence. the sentence can be -
we have an honorable reputation,
we have a respectable reputation,
we have a slightly tarnished reputation,
we have a tarnished reputation,
we have a rather bad reputation.

there might be more, but i havnt gotten that many BB's before, but if you hover your cursor over the sentence it will show some numbers. for example 6.42/18. those numbers are your BB's and BB limit

Although that is a bit too late...

I remember the highest BB points I have is like 120/36...

Only do a bad boy war if you can take having everyone in the world declare war on you.

I usually only do them if i'm a massive land empire with decently defended colonies in one centralized location.
