[SOLVED] Implementing skin
i needz help!
ok so I used alpacas tool and converted the textures to dds, then I edited the papal guard with GIMP 2.06 and saved generating mipmaps and with DXT 5 compression (as i normally would on RTW skinning). Then i run alpacas tool.
but when i play a CB to test it, the skins are the vanilla ones.
maybe its because the files arent converting from .dds to .texture and im using the alpacas tool incorrectly.

Re: [HELPZ] Implementing skin
Yes, I created the batch file as the read me asked. Do I have to add that line to the directory of M2TW too? or do I have to execute the game from the batch file? Its my first try in M2TW modding
