need help with making mumakil/trolls

i just recently started playing tatw on med 2 and i play as harad but after i play for like 130 turns and have bunch of cities and castles i cant make mumakil. i dont know whats wrong it says i need the lord stables or something like like that but it doesnt allow me to pass the shiek stables no matter what level the city or fortress is?

same goes for mordor and thier trolls

i need help

i know what buildings will make the units but none of my cities/castles allow the building of them

did you get a 'welcome to middle earth screen' when you started the campaign? If you don't remenber just start a new campaign and see if you get the 'welcome'.

And watch out whether your cities are big enough to build the required building.

You need the Mumakil resource in your lands check for big elephants on the campaign map
