Siege Trains

first of all i would like to give this mod a 10 much favored over vanilla m2tw

anyways have you experienced this:

i was playing rome and when i was able to get my hands on the greeks, one mighty pontus empire attacked my faction and so i was forced to defend.. with rome/capua a bit far from north macedonian settlements i was having a hard time training-retraining with my new towns still on lvl 2 auxila.. pontus is having a full stack sieges against me, having hard time defend, like god its like infinite.

same way happened i played greeks when i finally landed on the east, either or pontus had that siege trains desperate on getting the settlement as if they have a rally point.

was that normal? when they like a settlement they wont stop till its down?

How far into the game are you, and on what difficulty level is it? I'm annoyed that there are lots of full-stack armies floating around.

The AI does tend to fixate on a settlement. If it wants an area, you'll get stack after stack thrown against it. To give you an idea, in one game of IBFD (which starts the Sassanids off with insane numbers of troops), I fought off four full-stack attacks against Edessa in the same turn (I think it was turn 3 of the game). (When the fifth one hit, I quit the game. That's just ludicrous.)
