    Default Formation Cohesiveness

Is there a way to force units into tighter formations and keep them IN that formation during combat and after charge? Both cavalry and infantry.

If you set them to defensive they usually keep a tighter formation

I don't get what you mean, Imperiumiv. I suggest you try to explain what you want in more detail.

If you change the stat_mental values in export_descr_unit.txt, you could give a unit better discipline based upon training and morale. A unit with better discipline will maintain ranks better in battle and while marching.

Ohhh, I think he means how the units will spread out once they enter melee combat. I'm pretty sure there are a few sub-mods for a bunch of mods that you can download that fix that (or come close to it), ImperiumV.

There's a hint of unit cohesion and a hint of formation cohesion, I don't know what is being asked here.
