    Default Changing Cities Growth Rate

    For RTW - all cities start with a given growth rate ( I think, but not sure, in a Region's Text file).

    Can someone please tell me which file and which number pertains to the city growth?

    In descr_regions , this line determines it afaik :

    Thank you, for the fast reply.
    Which number is the growth rate? "5" (I think) or is it "3"
    What is the other number for?

    A follow up question - do they pertain this rate as basis throughout the game plus what buildings, temples etc. add to it?

    I meant the 3 , sorry , it was meant to be bold but it isn't obvious

    This just means how fertile it is : Gives more money etc , but a large population growth . like for instance Alexandria for Egypt
