No Shortcuts

Hi, Just installed the 1.9 platinum BI switch version and no shortcuts have appeared on my desk top.
The installer never asked me about shortcuts either.
I went to my rome folder, which is in my creative assembly folder, and there are two icons there.
One is for platinum and the other for platinum BI. They are not shortcuts, they are not linked to anything, they are just icons.
If I manualy create my own shortcut what path will I need to write in the target box to make it work and play the mod?

Make a copy of a shortcut from BI, rename it after your mod ( or whatever ).
You´d need the following 2 entries, depending on where you did install the game.

Targetline:

"C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\RomeTW-BI.exe" -nm -show_err -mod:RTR PE

-nm means no movies
-show_err will help you to identify the CTD reasons.

Second line:

"C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\"

You can than replace the BI icon with the one ment to be for PE.

Ok, got somwhere.
Now the game loads, I get no intro cut scene, and then the main menu loads.
The menu background animation has been replaced by a picture of some hoplites.
When I click on single player I get all the original options, though Imperial campaign no longer works.
I get a new option which is Provincial Campaign. When I click on it I get offered the Imperial Campaign from the standard Rome Total war. It has the same map and the same units. I am not offered a new campaign or anything like that.
So about all that's happened is that I can now play standard RTW on my BI disk.

What do I do now to make the mod work?
