Default Correct DDS Setting in Photoshop

I recently had to wipe my hardrive and reinstall everything. I had just set the Nvidia plug-in for Photoshop about a year and a half ago and haven't paid attention to it since. So I want to double check with you guys, did I remember the correct settings this time?

I have just made a texture and I am stuck it will not let me save them to a dds file, it says height and width must be a multiple of four. Any ideas?

As far as I know the problem started where you were making the uv-map. Likely a vertic or a face is outside the green frame (in lith unwrap).

It refers to the size of your texture eg. 1024 x 1024 is good
    But 1024 x 1023 is not
