    Default change settlermen income?

    hey guys i want change settlermen income to those settlermen in steppe and nor russ becuz i found out they are weak like cuman and russa,ist the anyway i can do that?

    please show me in detail

    Like i understant it, settlement income is directly linked to trade and tax.

    Trade depends on how many ressources are nearby, and how many trade routes you have with other cities (this can be extended through trade rights / buildings like port for sea trade and markets for land trade). The distance between cities and lack of good ressources (silk, sugar, etc) may explain the lack of trade income of esatern cities (which represents more than a half of total settlement income).
    Cities located in the mediterranea bassin are by far the richest cities due to numerous access to very rich ressources.

    Tax depends of the number of inhabitants, corruption (negative effect), and tax bonus (from some titles / traits / retainers your settlement manager may possess like "Prince of blablabla").
