More Questoins
Ok right I was woundering if it is possible to make it that not all family memebers use the heavy calvalry guard but instead some use a group of footmen or archers? I know you can make so you can recruite footmen body guards. And was also woundering if it was possible if when an assassin "fails" and makred to die if he could still cary out the assassination. Thanks

The 'bodyguards' you can recruit aren't actually family members, just generals. You can change the bodyguard by giving any unit the general_unit attribute in the EDU and making sure it's the first listed general_unit entry for that faction by moving it up in the file. In the campaign each faction only has one look for all general bodyguards, there's no known way to change this.
Whatever happens as a result of an agent acting is almost certainly hardcoded. If you knew the general it was trying to kill and had a label on the general you could kill it by script, but that would only work for any characters created at the beginning of the game or through script, so wouldn't help overall.
