Where will TW go next?

There are a whole lot of opinions out there and I was wandering, where do you guys think TW will go next?

From a business perspective ... RTW2 is the best option.

I say skip them all and up ww2. I wanna be Nazi Germany rolling my Panzers, and crushing all Russian resistance before me!

That would be my second choice however I do think armies would need more slots or something because they would have to opperate in squads or very interactive platoons or w/e and it would be a very big change in battles how every I to would like to be a Panzer commander rollin out my blitzkrieg

I can see it now ...

"SS Infantry" and "Medium Tanks" units advancing on a limited battlefield in lines, getting mowed down and shot to pieces by Russian troops deployed in a line consisting of "Medium Anti-Tank" and "Heavy Machine-Gun" units. Fun

NO just nO, the real war was quite opposit literally.

And what I Imagine, is that each unit you have has around 100 or a company size. Combat usually takes place in urban areas or plains, they automatically break up into squads will they advance... In urban they break up even more, but they can regroup. Maybe you can send certain parts of the company to attack buildings, or barracade... Also I can perfectly imagine it...

If they borrowed the Company of Heroes interactive unit thing then my first choice would definitely be WW2, however I too have a hard time imagining it. I just don't see how they would use the planes or paratroopers, but if they found a way I would be all for it.

any way they did it for a WWII TW t would be much different battlefield maybe not so much a campaign the thing I cant imagine and stiill can't figure out is how they would have planes and paratroopers

Well I guess WWII would be possible, if you control divisions/brigades/regiments and give them order and the AI finds a way to execute it.

I would like a Rome2, Or a ww1/2 Tanks may have a problem getting past pickett fences, still it could be fun and a lot better than looking at counters on a battlefield.

I am totally for RTW2, however they would probably still use the new engine, meaning you would still need 8gb RAM with up to date proccessors to play it anyway, and the the old engine is what makes RTW enjoyable. Second option would be present total war
