Early Era Campaign in Stainless Steel Crashes

I have dowloaded M2TW Stainless Steel mod and it's great, but for one thing. Whenever I click to play the early era campaign, the game crashes. I tride re- unpacking the file and it worked, but then when I clicked on custom battle, the game crashed. Now custom battle works again, but Early Campaign still does'nt . Is there a patch for this? Please help. I realy was looking foreward to playing Early Campaign.

Yah, I'm new to stainless steel and I installed 6.1 yesterday according to instructions to a fresh vanilla game and I'm having the same problem with the Early era. It also crashes when I selected some of the factions in the late era campaign.

What type of crash? There's a CTD issue (unresolvable as far as I can tell, happens with *every* mod) where, if you select more than one menu option, it will crash. You can usually get away with selecting three or four factions to check them out, but sooner or later when you click on another, BAM! And if you select either the Early Era or Custom Battle option, or go into the Late Era and select that and go to the faction selection screen, then you back-track and try to select another of these options, it will crash also. If you selected a Custom Battle to check units out, though, or a campaign, then you can start the battle or campaign, exit to the main menu, and select another of the aforementioned options. Not sure if you are having these issues though, could be something else entirely. Hope I was of some assistance.

Thanks Kaidonni. I was backtracking a lot and Early works now if I go straight to it.
