1.4, events no longer year base?

I just got 1.4 and the first thing I did was unlock every faction and increase the turns per year. But now, the events no longer follow the years. Did I mess something up, or 1.4 changed something?

Went you a say the events are not matching the years, do you mean turns or years, because I modded 1.4 and it shows the same events every turn till I hit the next year.

Example, event A will appear on year 1705 (10th turn). That was before but now with 1.4, after I changed to 3 turns per year, instead of event A appearing on turn 15 (1705), it appeared on turn 10 (which is 1703). So I'm wondering if I made a mess or did the new patch changed events to base on turns instead of years.

Wow, hmmm..., I know I made mine have 4 turns per year, and it took 4 turns to get new events in 1701. I think the events are turn based. (I strated Modding this Game Last night.) I would say talk with the one

Historic events should be based on the year and the file that triggers them wasn't changed in 1.4... so, no idea.
