    A good little Rooskie movie about a young man in the Red Army given 6 days pass to visit Mom after busting two tanks. Unfortunately, his good nature and helpfulness in the end only gave him a few minutes.


    You can see all of nine parts on youtube.

    I am very into Russian movies nowadays. The quality is high and the story is good.
    Older guy on TWC.
    Done with National Service. NOT patriotic. MORE realist. Just gimme cash.

    If you like Soviet films, then I highly recommend White Sun of the Desert (1970):
