Default about the financial system of DLV

well i'm still new to DLV but as from experience from other mods that try to make more balance in the financial system of the game .
as I notice , the moders always looks at the amount to deduct from the economy of the player but not balance it with the income that the player have
for example i'll take a game with all financial related scripts enabled and with difficult vh
I start with treasury 10k but lets count the amount deducted
the army upkeep, the coast of the agents, the coast of the settlement and if there is negative events it would be more
towards the settlement coast if u wanna deduct 200 florins from large town for example then the large town should at least have 2x of this amount as income per turn so the deduction wont affect the treasury to make the game still playable
but as i see the settlements has barley income that is equal to the amount that will be deducted as coast of this settlement even there is income buildings there(farms,markets,...etc)
and since the amount needed to recruit the units increased and the upkeep too then a sufficient money needed to build armies and advance in the game
i tried to play many games with many factions but ended with the same result in 90% my economy drops to negative in couple of turns even if i dont build or recruit any single unit and sack every settlement but it barely makes me have like 10 k max treasury which is if i tried to build a single army my economy drops to negative in max 2 turns again
after many tries i found that the only way to play normally and have good economy is i sadly had to disable the economic scripts which i really dont like to do
so if i did something wrong or said something wrong plz correct me or reconsider to the economical balance of this mod

DLV is divided into Economy and Military.

The Military aspect of DLV is a ballance thing, because of the stress on your un pridictable, medieval economy. It's simply a on and off every other turn, and the cost must be kept under Saurons eye. You can't pointlessly patrol your Characters(Generals and Governors), his armys and a hand ful of spyss, carelessly across the plain. Specialy in emeny lands. You should instead use free upkeep in Forts and watch-towers. It's all a logistic thing which will become automated to your brian. Other mods will feel hollow after that tho. You must also get rid of any unit which you have no futher use of(compared to upkeep/turn).

The land Rebels is not a immediate threat to the overall picture. It can however hurt your economy and growth, specialy in your most importent trading regions. Some times, rebels might even help you. Place a watch-tower just beside the road you know the enemy will most likly pass. The enemy army will use this road, be suprised by the huge rebel stack and both will suffer. Pirates, vikings and rebel fleets might seem intimidating at start(with their coordinated GPS system), but rest asure - Their numbers and intimidation will sink with time and the other factions growing fleet.

From the 1st turn, I select the most war mongering and dreaded Character to become a General, the rest should settle with the civil bureaucracy as governors. Your whole army(you begin with more then you some times need) must march towards their target. This can be a strategical town(s), rebel stack by the economic capital, secure the pyrenees(if yo play as france or spain), etc. This might cause you a negative economy, but is vital to throw all the free troops at the most dangerous factors. The faster you can eliminate the crucial factors, the faster you can get rid of your expencive military. Now, you have to focus as much as possible on the economy.

The Economy of DLV is on the other hand a constant battle. It is also normal to have an unballanced economy the first turns, but experince and time is quick to heal. Late era, your economy will be much better, but remember the inflation script at 50 000 and 100 000. From the getco, you must begin with profitable industry in mining, sea & land trade and farming to get the population. Many say it's what keeps your neck above the water, and a 10 000 fl. a turn is little, but still stable. 50 turns later you might need as much as 30 000 to upkeep of your empire. 80-90% of your Characters should enter into your royal court as governors. With many years, honorable titles, keys & coins and retiunes, they will evolve into super Excellence Governors. Togather with your main general, these people are the real corner stones of your land. I would pick a governor with 30 busy years experience, above more then 10 newly educated governors. Remember that a steady income is the importent thing, not if you have saved up alot or conquerd 4 regions.

-General Ulrich Wille, of the 5th DLV regiment.
Thorolf was thus armed. Then Thorolf became so furious that he cast his shield on his back, and, grasping his halberd with both hands, bounded forward dealing cut and thrust on either side. Men sprang away from him both ways, but he slew many. Thus he cleared the way forward to earl Hring's standard, and then nothing could stop him. He slew the man who bore the earl's standard, and cut down the standard-pole. After that he lunged with his halberd at the earl's breast, driving it right through mail and body, so that it came out at the shoulders; and he lifted him up on the halberd over his head, and planted the butt-end in the ground. There on the weapon the earl breathed out his life in sight of all, both friends and foes. [...] 53, Egil's Saga
I must tell you here of some amusing tricks the Comte d'Eu played on us. I had made a sort of house for myself in which my knights and I used to eat, sitting so as to get the light from the door, which, as it happened, faced the Comte d'Eu's quarters. The count, who was a very ingenious fellow, had rigged up a miniature ballistic machine with which he could throw stones into my tent. He would watch us as we were having our meal, adjust his machine to suit the length of our table, and then let fly at us, breaking our pots and glasses.

    few points i wanna say
*from all the games i played my economy goes down continuously with no chance to it to go up only way was through the missions that have money award and this only makes me have less negative cash not even positive >_< so if it goes always down how i will build mines, roads, ports, armies to fight rebels
    * is it normal that in the summary after each turn that it says i have profits(so if it says i have 1 k profits my cash should increase by 1k from the 1 i had in the previous turn) but instead in many times i see it decreases not increases but not by the same amount as the profits
from that i found myself just keep pressing end turn without being able to do any thing just seeing my economy goes down
so whats ur comments about that?
off topic to the creators of the mod (y the generals don't have the stars corresponding to their command near them when on the map like before)

Nice strategy with the watchtowers and roads, Blackleaf-Willie. I never thought of that!

The DLV economy is like a wild beast that takes awhile to tame. One of the things you might have run up against is the 2,000 florins upkeep that applies every turn you have an army sieging a castle. I don't know if you've seen it yet, but you might want to check out Xtiaan72's Guide For New Players. It has a lot of information in it that I always manage to find useful, despite having played DLV for about a year now.
