Count Nikita Petrovich Panin (Russian: Ники́та Петро́вич Па́нин; 1770–1837), a Russian diplomat, vice-chancellor, State Chancellor 6 October 1799 – 18 November 1800 (acting) and Foreign Minister of Russia.

Prince (Reichsfürst - PRINCE OF THE EMPIRE) Platon Alexandrovich Zubov (Russian: Платон Александрович Зубов; November 26 1767 – April 19 1822) was the last of Catherine the Great's favourites and the most powerful man in Russian Empire during the last years of her reign. Upon Potemkin's death, Zubov succeeded him as the Governor-General of New Russia. As Fyodor Rostopchin reported to Semyon Vorontsov on August 20, 1795, "Count Zubov is everything here. There is no other will but his. His power is greater than that of Potemkin. He is as reckless and incapable as before, although the Empress keeps repeating that he is the greatest genius the history of Russia has known". HE IS A KEY FIGURE IN THAT PERIOD OF RUSSIAN HISTORY. HE WILL BE AN ENVOY.

Tsar Alexander I (Russian: Александр Павлович, Aleksandr Pavlovich; 23 December 1777 – 1 December 1825)

    Story
A conspiracy was organized, some months before it was executed, by Counts Peter Ludwig von der Pahlen, Nikita Petrovich Panin, and the half-Spanish, half-Neapolitan adventurer Admiral Ribas. The death of Ribas delayed the execution. On the night of 23 March 1801, Paul was murdered in his bedroom in the newly built St Michael's Castle by a band of dismissed officers headed by General Bennigsen, a Hanoverian in the Russian service, and General Yashvil, a Georgian. They charged into his bedroom, flushed with drink after supping together, and found Paul hiding behind some drapes in the corner. The conspirators pulled him out, forced him to the table, and tried to compel him to sign his abdication. Paul offered some resistance, and one of the assassins struck him with a sword, after which he was strangled and trampled to death. He was succeeded by his son, the 23-year-old Alexander I, who was actually in the palace, and to whom General Nikolay Zubov, one of the assassins (mastermind actually), announced his accession, accompanied by the admonition, "Time to grow up! Go and rule!"

At the time I created the list I wasn't informed by Quintus Hortensius Hortalus about the ability to add ALL generals, admirals, envoys etc., I thought you could have only as many as there are at the beginning of the campaign. I am not finished with the research of Russia, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Spain (currently adding priest and grand inquisitors). I will update my research from time to time. I tried creating portraits through Quintus' tutorials but it takes so much time and I think researching is much more important, I have already read hundreds of biographies and texts about political systems, so it is best to leave it to me because I try to be as accurate as possible. This is coming from a perfectionist. After Spain I will research probably Portugal. After I'm done I might even research Britain or France just to make sure everything is correct. Now, if you'll excuse me, I will continue reading Spanish. I did list him in the previous threads.

Let me deal with the opportunity to implement in-game script emigre corps in the service of other factions. For example, the French corps of Prince Condé, consisting of a grenadier, an equestrian elite detachment and artillery calculation, with averages of experience. Such a “character” can arise on the territory of several or one faction and on the screen a player could be given the choice to accept or reject this small army as their own army in a certain year after the French Revolution (or rather, after the revolution in France). On the other hand, something similar comes to mind if we recall the practice of "gifts" from the side of states to other imperial surnames in the form of live grenadier regiments, in particular ..

All of these questions concern several immigrant foreign regiments in the service of the Russian Empire::

    French Noble Prince Conde Regiment
    Corps of Duke of Bourbon
German infantry Duke Hohenlohe (later - Duran) regiment
Noble Duke de Berry dragoon regiment
    Herzog d'Angien dragoon regiment

Some observations on the Russian flag in RoR: After Russia turns republican (as it has a "president" now as head of state), the flag becomes something (beautiful but) rather representing the old tsarist order than the spirit of the new. That doesn't seem intended. (And at the start of the game the Russian flag appears blackened out, as Saxony's does, but that's certainly well known.)
