Faction shields

I was wondering if any of you guys could make the faction shields bigger in some way (not in game, outside, just as a picture), but like detailed. Just a normal shield but bigger and with the same detail.

Or if you can't, any idea how to make it? It's the optimization of the quality that I'm interested in.

Not for another mod if that's what you're thinking. Personal use.
And if u're wondering what personal use, it's a big essay for history on a chosen topic, and mine analyses the Templar Knights implication in the Holy Lands, and I want the faction shield to be as a sort of a "wax sign" on my essay.

For something like that, you might have to make it yourself (or get someone else to). There are a couple of tutorials in the Mod Workshop section that can help you (PerXX linked you to a good one)
