    Same here, its seems worse with uniform infantry (e.g Isengard where all the infantry is identical)

    Try reducing "effects" they are quite demanding.

    Couldn't someone just make a new animation? Then could someone also work on penetration because they slow down a lot after charge too.

    buy milk shape and work the models to help your lag problem (or get a better graphics card to handle it a real cheap 512 will cope sufficently )

    But if you have milk shape simply load up each of the models and click the optimise button it removes wasted unused triangles polys making the model easier to run , loss in graphics 1or 2% unnoticable improvement in lag 25% to further help with lag (and the reason it lags much more than vanillia is vanilla has 3 or 4 lods for each model less and less detailed models for distance viewing and the majority of TATW models have but 1 lod so they are on full detail even from long distance when you cant see the detail .

    so while you have the models in milkshape make a more simplified model and make it lod1 version add that to the game and that will vastly improve your lag

    As for making new animations my goodness thats tough i am impressed with some of the animations they have already done for you guys it no easy thing to do alot of work and they do it free FREE for you all to enjoy i personallywant to thank them for doing such brilliant work

    I don't really want to buy milkshape, working with graphics doesn't interest me, I will probobly just try to get a better graphics card. The computer is a family one so I can't just go buying things for it.

    the cavalry for me is awful. They end up all over the place and way out of formation. This makes cav much less useful.

    This thread is talking about how, when the cavalry impacts the infanrty fly up in the air at an unrealistic angle. Trace back, read the posts and compare MTW2 with RRTW in the Vids posted.
