The hardest mod?

Can anybody tell me what is the hardest mod? I have started playing platinum were you are not allowed to build any buildings that recruit troops. You can only recruit mercinaries. This is turing out to be very good. It feels more like what I amgine running a country would have been like back in the day. The lack of law because of no barracks being built might make it intresting a few years down the line. At present its 250bc.

This is great challange even if you play as Carthage (the easiest campaign in this mod) if you want even greater challange try playing as some minor faction (saka rauka, saba or hayasadan )

You can build barracks of course. The auxilia phases represent the pacification/colonization phases, but afterwords you get to build the regular barracks. And apart from carthage, everyone else iirc can recruit faction units anywhere on the map. And also, the auxilia buildings do give a law bonus themselves. This is all presuming you`re talking about vanilla RTRPE and not some mini mod.
