just an idea, but is it possible to remove a settlement and relocate it to isle of man maybe- give it to norway. this would be a simple way of spicing up the wars in britain....

Well, yes it can be done. Without too much difficulty either. However, I would argue that their are already too many settlements in the British Isles based on its historical relevance. Another reason that many people are removing Ireland as a faction.
